Jonathan Serrapica, who is the IT service provider and sponsorship beneficiary of Mindful Wealth, recently clenched the first runner-up position in the Pirelli Superbike Championship 2018. Competitors from manufacturers, international and national racing teams and biking enthusiasts, such as Jon, compete against each other in the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia.
The race regulations mirror the FIM World Superbike Championship, creating greater media interest. It is a tremendous feat for Jonathan, as he managed to secure a pole position with an injured arm that nearly saw him ending the season early, he preserved and completed the season with a silver medal, despite being pitted against professional full-time racers. Jonathan’s passion for bike racing stemmed from his childhood dream, and this is the second year of his racing dream, where he raced in a higher category. Last year, Jon won the Pirelli Superstock championship of 2017.
Mindful Wealth celebrated Jon and his racing achievements over drinks with staff, co-sponsors of JoSpeed 48, and guests at their social space. The stormy weather did not dampen the mood as Jon reviewed his season's performance and spoke about his racing direction for the upcoming year. He shared his triumphs and defeats, which cultivated the audience in a celebratory night filled with joy and laughter. The winning steel stead was brought into the hub as well, where guests clamoured eagerly to admire the multi-coloured vehicle, where various track marks and battle scars from his fight with the black gravel competition tarmac still remained.
